sliding glass door that that island goes past
Now just put it on the beach :-)
I Like: shallower cabinets in places, lower top cabinets that are glass. cabinets go to ceiling
if we go with glass cabinet faces, it could be smoked rather than frosted.
Love the two wood colors
Like the brown and grey together--not sure I'd be brave enough to go with grey knowing I'd have to live with it forever. Maybe a lighter brown. I like the different depths of the bottom cabinets in the background. I'm also noticing, a few times now, I've liked when the island lowers are the same color/tone as the secondary cabinets--i.e. there are more brown cabinets and more prominent.
Loving these dish and glass doors--far more civilized way to store plates/bowls/glasses.
Cabinets on left appeal to me--I think I'm seeing a trend that I like a bit of relief--not just a wall of uniform cabinets.
I like this----the flat finish in the cabinets, the different depths on the cabinets are more visually interesting. simple, clean unobtrusive back splash. I think I like the different colors on the cabinets. It just feels less overwhelming in a small space.
Interesting window layout.
Window is amazing. I also like the table-part of the island. Just one big island that becomes a table at the end.
row of glass cabinets open of the wall of cabinets. I we did this, glass would have to be frosted, so you couldn't see the disarray inside.
Maybe rather than a big, giant door, it's more windows and keep the door that's there now.
About right color brown. Walnut is my favorite wood grain, but may be expensive.
I like that the kitchen window goes to countertop--no back splash
Perhaps the idea of dark cabinets on bottom and lighter uppers.
I like the cabinets. I like the little extra row of cabinets against the ceiling.
like the stools. Like the wood on the island. I'd say my style is modern, and I'll throw in some wood/rough hewn items so Chris likes it too.
