Do t really need the wine cooler but prefer a dual oven.
Interesting hideaway idea.
Decent sized kitchenette

I love the use of color. Also, nice backsplash.
Pretty close. I like the hardware and style of cabinets. Could use some moulding to match our downstairs aesthetic. Also, cool countertops.
Too rustic. Disorienting geometric tile pattern. Too little practical storage.
Basement storage?
I like the general style, but nothing in particular stands out.
Too farmhouse-y. Still nice.
Interesting ceiling panel. Maybe a little too stark for our place, but interesting. Lots of pullout island storage.
Clever pullout storage.
Don’t like the mix of industrial with contemporary countertops and traditional cabinets. Way too much going on here, and a lot of it will look out of date quickly.
I like the moulding. Would fit well with what we have throughout the first floor. I also like using the full height of the wall for the cabinets.
I like pretty much all of this, from the backsplash to the cabinets and hardware and chunky island
Love this small bathroom (downstairs)
Love this island. Feel like the white is too stark though
Love this bathroom
Transitional style is great with wallpaper and fixture accents
Love the warmth and lighting on the bar
Fascinating patterns and detail work
Warm layout, substantial bar but a bit more tucked away
Lighting
I don’t really like this but it got me thinking about inset/recessed lighting that could make a windowless space feel really warm
Gym layout is tucked away and glass doors make it feel a little bigger/more open
Interesting storage
Nice wetbar that doesn’t take up much space. Not sure if we want or something more substantial, might be depending on space
Love the gym setup and fireplace divider
Like the hidden microwave and small bar area
Full glass doors might be a bit much, but a cozy movie/living space would be perfect
