possible idea for the townhouse instead of access via sliding door??? eg - have normal door and window seat??

love the beams adn the minimalist artwork/furniture

pivot door rather than sliding to alfresco??
Q

Could turn the alfresco slider into a window seat and keep the front entrance??
Q

Could do a joinery cupboard like this to hide the TV as well as provide storage

Not sure I love the wood paneling, but the layout is really nice and inviting. Would love an inbuilt gas 'wood' fire in the townhouse and still love the black accents

I wonder if we could put something like this in the lounge area? Where the existing kitchen is perhaps? Or in the newly created wall in the dining nook?? Or would everyone just keep their laptops at the kitchen dining table/island bench anyway??
Q

Something like the hooks and bench - but on the inside of the house near the door - would work well

I do like the idea of a cute little “pet nook”
Q

Not sure how possible this would be, as it will ruin (possibly) the “open flow” of the room, but a practical store as you enter for shoes, coats, hats, keys etc would be handy. Maybe with storage bench seating that extends to the dining?

This is how we use space - everyone having their own “zone” but within eyesight of each other

Maybe hidden?

If we could incorporate some kind of nook in the small floor plan that would be great
