Some of 2016's Best of Houzz winners show us how to make the bathroom the real go-to place in a home
Functionality, functionality, functionality is what many of us repeat to ourselves when designing our bathrooms, but what about also making it beautiful? After all, it’s a room where we wind up spending a lot of time. The Best of Houzz 2016 winners showed off their design skills with the most saved imagery on the site. Their impressive projects showed the Houzz community how to make every room in the house stand out, including the bathroom. Here are 21 of the most beautifully designed bathrooms from this year’s winners.

The ceiling-to-floor windows let the light flow in, which makes it seem more spacious, and the exposed brick wall gives it an edgy urban alley-style feel.
