This devils ivy was left with me by my mother when she moved to Melbourne. We think it is at least 30. It has been trimmed and repotted many times but has always lived inside.

Parlour palms are an excellent indoor plant. This was taken from a cutting of a larger one.

I think I've actually inspired myself and am having another go at a maidenhair fern - better luck this time! It's great hearing about the fantastic longevity of some of these survivors you've posted about, and how much they mean to you.
