In this small apartment, kitchen space was at a premium, but that didn’t stop the Cousins design team from giving the homeowner a coveted eat-in kitchen – with a twist. The table, stored on the wall, folds up and out of the way when not in use. Likewise, two lightweight folding chairs can be easily lifted off the wall at mealtime. Everything is packed flat enough so as not to obstruct the walkway. It doesn’t look too shabby either.
