Chris Flemming Building Services

Chris Flemming has lived on the Northern Beaches all his life and has worked as a builder in the area for many years and is committed to serving the local community. Chris’ involvement in the building industry started in 1973 when he commenced his carpentry apprenticeship with local Master Builder, Denzil Joyce, O.A.M. Upon completion of this apprenticeship he travelled around Australia for the next two years working in the trade under the guidance of various builders in all states before returning home to obtain his Builders License. The majority of Chris Flemming Building Services work is the direct result of referrals, hence we have rarely seen the need to advertise. We have built up a clientele largely made up of friends and associates of South Curl Curl Surf Club and local football clubs. As a company we believe it’s important to support the local community and have been involved with the surf life saving movement for many years and we regularly contribute to charities such as Father Chris Riley’s Youth Off The Streets and numerous others. In 1999, together with a business partner, Chris formed Manly Windows, manufacturing aluminium windows and doors for both the residential and commercial sector. For 20 years prior to this Chris had been the primary installer for Manly Glass Company so is very experienced and dedicated in this area. Manly Windows has rapidly expanded from mainly residential work, using superior quality products, to commercial sensor doors, shop fronts, office petitioning, bi-folds and glass roofs, etc. Bathroom World (which is a division of Chris Flemming Building Services) is Chris’ bathroom renovation company and his team have been specialising in this area for over 20 years. Our tiler, who is employed exclusively by this company, is a former ‘Apprentice of the Year’ and is highly regarded throughout the industry.
