I reached out to The 2 Belinda's simply because I was experiencing the not unusual dilemma of being struck with a serious case of 'Analysis Paralysis'! I was aiming to put my house on the market and wanting to make a good job of a relatively budget-friendly update. Nevertheless, in response to my online S.O.S, Belinda suggested I give her a call after she'd had a look through some photos I'd provided and I was beyond impressed - not only with how much detailed information she so kindly helped me out with - but also with how she was able to immediately assess the best 'bang for my buck' improvements I could make! I am still in the process of lining up the necessary trades and tallying the overall cost before I press 'GO' but I can't wait to see the 'AFTER' version thanks to Belinda's amazing talents and generosity in sharing her insights and hard won renovation tips and tricks:-) I know there's only one place I'll turn to when I move to my new home!!

Having seen Belinda's projects before it was a no brainer who we were going to discuss our needs with. She has fantastic ideas but also knows how to maximize the project within budgets, which is really important when renovating.
