@Nancy in Mich: Well, any 'fridge needs a compressor and coils which means additional room, so yeah, unless you have a way to sink it into the wall and provide proper ventilation so it doesn't heat up and quit working or catch on fire - well yeah, it will be thicker and stand out.

But if you want such a thing - it is readily available. :)

If you have several items that need 'frigeration, get a small individual one and put it somewhere under your sink if it is open. If not, then put your moisturizer in your regular 'fridge. Meds and moisturizers and makeup shouldn't be in the bathroom anyway, but people do it.

Besides they are mostly under $100 and available everywhere makeup is sold such as Ultra Beauty or on Amazon. You can get one for $60 at Urban Outfitters.

To search out what you want, just use your browser and search for "mini refrigerators for beauty products".

When we remodeled our small (5' x 9') master bath we had a custom cabinet built on the wall opposite the vanity and toilet - it fits between the studs and only extends a couple of inches into the room. It has an outlet inside the lower door for our toothbrushes and my husband's hearing aid cleaner. I had it made just deep enough to hold toilet paper rolls on their sides. Our remodeler, Gainesville Kitchen and Bath, used a piece of artwork we provided to create the upper door of the cabinet. Despite it saying we're in Jacksonville, we're actually in Gainesville, FL.
