I think these are great for rural sites. I have a battle axe block on a really steep slope in Hobart. There is a house in front and we are up a steep upward sloping narrow drive behind. Can't see it working for us sadly. Upside is the priceless view.

My understanding is that the use of SIPS (structural insulated panels) are comparatively light & so a prefab build using them may be more possible on a difficult block. Worth a check, anyway.
