We have a void. Looks fab. Totally impractical. Can’t control heat/cooking & sound travels throughout the house. I can throw the dirty laundry downstairs though. Let’s not talk about changing Blown light globes!

I remember when no.19 was first presented a long time ago. I think I made some flippant remark, not insulting, but have wondered ever since if the fabulous looking space worked. Would love to find out how the family found it on a practical level over a few seasons.

Debanger, good point. I remember that too, many of us were wondering about cleaning both inside and out with the steam and condensation you can get in a kitchen.
