I always use the ‘two smaller doors’ system and then a piano hinge or hinges to hold them together, as in the second to last picture.

So although the doors are only 330mm wide each they jointly open up to a large L shaped cupboard for easy access to everything. I use my corner cupboard to store slow cooker, food processors etc and it’s greaf to have it all ‘easy access.’ Because of the slightly odd size doors it also uses up those usually hard to manage ‘few centimetres.’

Caroline that's what I have at the moment but with a lazy Susan that both restricts your view of where everything is and wastes a lot of space. But without the lazy Susan good luck reaching that thing you put at the back, let alone remembering it's there! I think I've found a sort of solution. I'm going to use one of those long corner cupboards, pull it out of the corner half way which makes stuff more accessible and use it for the sink, with the pull out bins underneath. There will be a small dead space in the far corner. Don't know if that makes any sense!

If the corner cabinet is "L" shape (one side longer than the other) the pictured solution is a good use of space. This is just one example, but there are many other options depending available space. Click here for more information.
