We down-sized almost three years ago and we love it. Two suggestions for anyone looking to purchase a condo: 1) Look for a building with steel and concrete construction. It will dramatically reduce the amount of noise you will hear from both upstairs and next-door neighbors. 2) Closely review the HOA docs, including meeting minutes and reserve studies. Talk to your potential building neighbors to get a feel for the place. Have fun and good luck. It's worth all the work.

I downsized to 80meters and have now moved to 136 meters. It was just too small for me. Was single then and now married
