Amazing loft space with clever ideas for storage and lighting! I finished converting my loft in Edinburgh with initial open plan design similar ideas to let the light flow through the two floors. Unfortunately due to building regulations there were many many legal restrictions around fire regulations which meant a lot of the open areas could not be done despite investing in a £6k sprinkler fire suppression system. Paris council must be less strict as I see no fire control installed nor a fire suppression system with all area open to each question is how did the designers get around this.?

I love the bathroom, what a brilliant idea. The stairs are also beautiful and creatively functional in various ways.
