There’s something about a view of the ocean that instantly shifts the mood when you’re tired, stressed out or overwhelmed by the busyness of life. Looking out to sea makes you feel connected to something bigger, and the sound of lapping waves reminds you to try and stay present. No ocean view is the same, and each one changes several times a day as the tide comes in and out and the light changes the colour of the water. Which view do you think is most idyllic? Tell us in the Comments section.

The Hamilton Island pool is my number one followed by the Caribbean bath-with-a view, however I admire the cleverness of the Clovelly bathroom and the way the view has been wrapped around by the use of mirrors.
Lucky, lucky, LUCKY homeowners. I'd take the salt spray and winds happily Olldroo. And yes, working hard MIGHT help you afford these views, but there is also big dose of privilege and luck. Lots of us work hard but will NEVER see the ocean from our homes. Ah well, we can dream...
They sold the block behind us with water views - it looks int six swimming pools.
