Iron. Sort out your freshly washed clothes and take time to iron them carefully and hang them up on covered hangers. No don't iron socks or be silly about it but iron shirts neatly and with a hot iron before they are fully dry. Pull them gently as you push the iron into the corners and pleats. Be reasonably focused.
It's a wonderfully 'therapeutic' exercise. Great for cotton clothing and develops patience and allows time to be still and thoughtful.
