I have artworks leaning in a newly renovated room. It was a temporary thing, though I quite like the effect. Now, thanks to your article, I may just leave them like that & feel okay about it. Thanks!

And you have to move them every day to clean underneath. And if on the floor, they can get damaged easily. Not for me!

Nah, sorry.................artwork leaning against walls as a permanent design decision always looks to me as if the owner is about to move out. I'm an artist myself - I'd much rather see my work hanging on the wall. Having said that, I do have a leaning row of small framed pieces on my mantel, but only because some idiot before me installed one of those ugly split-system air con units above the fireplace, so there's not much room to hang pictures there until I get that sucker ripped out!
