Thank you for great article!

Lived in one over 20 years, and loved our 1943 Custom H House.

Highly Functional for Family, and entertaining. Still my first FPlan choice after many moves and different homes.

Great circulation, well connected to the outdoors, plenty of private or quiet areas when desired.

Floor Plan and lot orientation make a home...

Like the comments I have just reviewed... since my comment in 2014...I still believe the H Plan is great... David Smith seems to be a kindred spirit on the ability to phase the H Plan. The later Phase can be build without complete upset of the initial phase... yes ...The only issue is the size of the property have to work with. If you have enough room you can do the H Plan ...if not you are forced to use levels above. I have just finished a design of a small waterfront lot and a large house... 8,000 sf in three levels. This is great for views out over the city... especially at night. I still am a fan of the H
