The existing home was raised and built in under. A lower floor living area was created as a space for kids associated with their bedrooms. It was given direct access to the garden, which ran around the home and was securitised from the entry, driveway and street. Old stucco was replaced with weatherboard to suit the area, and tie the new and old work together.
