Apart from kitchens,bathrooms which mostly have the bare minimum,and obscurely placed BIRs,no houses in the lower price range have much at all.I suppose cost is a factor,but think how easy it would be to move house,if you only had to move the bed,lounge chairs ,dining table and the washing machine !! Built-in furniture also gives a feeling of permanency. I love this layout in the bedroom,which is clean,practical,simple,but very beautiful. Glenys Schuite,Berri SA
