KSDesigns LLCThis guest bath has a light and airy feel with an organic element and pop of color. The custom vanity is in a midtown jade aqua-green PPG paint Holy Glen. It provides ample storage while giving contrast to the white and brass elements. A playful use of mixed metal finishes gives the bathroom an up-dated look. The 3 light sconce is gold and black with glass globes that tie the gold cross handle plumbing fixtures and matte black hardware and bathroom accessories together. The quartz countertop has gold veining that adds additional warmth to the space. The acacia wood framed mirror with a natural interior edge gives the bathroom an organic warm feel that carries into the curb-less shower through the use of warn toned river rock. White subway tile in an offset pattern is used on all three walls in the shower and carried over to the vanity backsplash. The shower has a tall niche with quartz shelves providing lots of space for storing shower necessities. The river rock from the shower floor is carried to the back of the niche to add visual interest to the white subway shower wall as well as a black Schluter edge detail. The shower has a frameless glass rolling shower door with matte black hardware to give the this smaller bathroom an open feel and allow the natural light in. There is a gold handheld shower fixture with a cross handle detail that looks amazing against the white subway tile wall. The white Sherwin Williams Snowbound walls are the perfect backdrop to showcase the design elements of the bathroom.

CairnsCraft Design & RemodelThis lavish primary bathroom stars an illuminated, floating vanity brilliantly suited with French gold fixtures and set before floor-to-ceiling chevron tile. The walk-in shower features large, book-matched porcelain slabs that mirror the pattern, movement, and veining of marble. As a stylistic nod to the previous design inhabiting this space, our designers created a custom wood niche lined with wallpaper passed down through generations.
BK Interior Designs LLCThis compact ensuite guest bathroom is inspired by nature and incorporates a biophilic design. The floors are finished with a wood look plank tile that is continued up the shower wall creating a contrasting feature. The remaining walls are tiled with a smooth glossy white tile and offer a clean and modern feel, brightening up the small space. A floating white vanity with smart storage was sourced to make the most use of the area. The south-facing, high awning window offers direct views of the mature trees on the property and allows the bright morning light to flood the space. The window ledge is styled with fresh herbs including lavender and eucalyptus that release invigorating and refreshing aromas.
NGage Properties GroupCreating specific focal points for this owner’s bathroom was important. Client wanted a modern-forward spa-like bathroom retreat. We created it by using rich colors to create contrast in the tile. We included lighted niches for the bathtub and shower as well as in the custom-built linen shelves. The large casement window opens up the space and the honeycomb gold chandelier really added a touch of elegance to the room while pulling out the gold tones in the floor and wall tile. We also included a contemporary 84” trough double vanity and a freestanding bath tub complete with a bath filler to complete the space.

Amy Pearson DesignRelocating to Portland, Oregon from California, this young family immediately hired Amy to redesign their newly purchased home to better fit their needs. The project included updating the kitchen, hall bath, and adding an en suite to their master bedroom. Removing a wall between the kitchen and dining allowed for additional counter space and storage along with improved traffic flow and increased natural light to the heart of the home. This galley style kitchen is focused on efficiency and functionality through custom cabinets with a pantry boasting drawer storage topped with quartz slab for durability, pull-out storage accessories throughout, deep drawers, and a quartz topped coffee bar/ buffet facing the dining area. The master bath and hall bath were born out of a single bath and a closet. While modest in size, the bathrooms are filled with functionality and colorful design elements. Durable hex shaped porcelain tiles compliment the blue vanities topped with white quartz countertops. The shower and tub are both tiled in handmade ceramic tiles, bringing much needed texture and movement of light to the space. The hall bath is outfitted with a toe-kick pull-out step for the family’s youngest member!
Mon Concept HabitationNos clients avaient vécu une expérience négative lors de la rénovation de leur précédent appartement. Pour ce nouvel achat, ils souhaitaient une solution intégrée, sérieuse, capable de garantir les délais pour l'arrivée de leur nouvel enfant.
Le chantier de ce projet a été lourd car nous avions d'importants travaux à exécuter avec des matériaux compliqués (grands carreaux dans la SDB, des menuiseries chiadées, etc.)
Il y a eu ainsi des inversions de pièces, la salle de bain a pris la place de l'ancienne cuisine et la cuisine actuelle s'est invitée dans la salle à manger/salon.
Pour les menuiseries travaillées, nous avons investi les alcôves du salon afin de donner forme à cette immense bibliothèque. Création sur mesure, elle permet de mettre en valeur la cheminée d'époque et de camoufler les chauffages de la pièce. Dans les chambres, des rangements semi sur mesure prennent place. Afin d'épouser toute la hauteur des pièces, nous avons utilisé des rangements @ikeafrance et des sur caissons.
Le résultat est à la hauteur des espérances de nos clients. Un intérieur élégant où viennent se marier à merveille des choix fonctionnels et de style.

Align Design LLCThis project was focused on eeking out space for another bathroom for this growing family. The three bedroom, Craftsman bungalow was originally built with only one bathroom, which is typical for the era. The challenge was to find space without compromising the existing storage in the home. It was achieved by claiming the closet areas between two bedrooms, increasing the original 29" depth and expanding into the larger of the two bedrooms. The result was a compact, yet efficient bathroom. Classic finishes are respectful of the vernacular and time period of the home.
Chester County Kitchen & BathClassic Avondale PA master bath remodel. I love the new tiled shower with a Dreamline sliding glass surround. The oil rubbed bronze fixtures and really pull out the dark tones in the shower floor and decorative glass accent tile. Echelon cabinetry in Cherry wood with mocha stained finish were used for the spacious double bowl vanity and dressing area. This bathroom really speaks for itself. What an awesome new look for these clients.

Delaney's DesignThis dressed up and sophisticated bathroom was outdated and did not work well as the main guest bath off the formal living and dining room. We just love how this transformation is sophisticated, unique and is such a complement to the formal living and dining area.
Paradise Tiny Homes LLCThis contemporary, costal Tiny Home features a bathroom with a shower built out over the tongue of the trailer it sits on saving space and creating space in the bathroom. This shower has it's own clear roofing giving the shower a skylight. This allows tons of light to shine in on the beautiful blue tiles that shape this corner shower. Stainless steel planters hold ferns giving the shower an outdoor feel. With sunlight, plants, and a rain shower head above the shower, it is just like an outdoor shower only with more convenience and privacy. The curved glass shower door gives the whole tiny home bathroom a bigger feel while letting light shine through to the rest of the bathroom. The blue tile shower has niches; built-in shower shelves to save space making your shower experience even better.

Inspiracion al Cuadrado SLDESPUÉS: Se sustituyó la bañera por una práctica y cómoda ducha con una hornacina. Los azulejos estampados y 3D le dan un poco de energía y color a este nuevo espacio en blanco y negro.
