In this full service residential remodel project, we left no stone, or room, unturned. We created a beautiful open concept living/dining/kitchen by removing a structural wall and existing fireplace. This home features a breathtaking three sided fireplace that becomes the focal point when entering the home. It creates division with transparency between the living room and the cigar room that we added. Our clients wanted a home that reflected their vision and a space to hold the memories of their growing family. We transformed a contemporary space into our clients dream of a transitional, open concept home.

Ann Arbor homeowner was looking to remodel a bathroom for mother-in-law moving in. Merillat Masterpiece in Quarter Sawn Oak, Peppercorn finish. The countertops are Athena Granite, fixtures are in polished chrome, and the tile is all from Virginia Tile. The floor tile which looks like wood is Tabula Cenere 6x36 Rectified. It ties in beautifully with the soft brown tones in the shower of Stone Project Gold Falda Vein 12x24. The real show stopper here and focal point is the beautiful pepple accent running vertical to match with the floor - Random Cobbles Sterling MegaMix. The drop down bench on left makes it easy for Mom to maneuver in and out of the shower. Access - grab bars along the outside and inside shower walls provide needed assistance and serve also as towel racks.

What was once a very outdated single pedestal master bathroom is now a totally reconfigured master bathroom with a full wet room, custom floating His and Her's vanities with integrated cement countertops. I choose the textured tiles on the surrounding wall to give an impression of running water.

We designed this bathroom makeover for an episode of Bath Crashers on DIY. This is how they described the project: "A dreary gray bathroom gets a 180-degree transformation when Matt and his crew crash San Francisco. The space becomes a personal spa with an infinity tub that has a view of the Golden Gate Bridge. Marble floors and a marble shower kick up the luxury factor, and a walnut-plank wall adds richness to warm the space. To top off this makeover, the Bath Crashers team installs a 10-foot onyx countertop that glows at the flip of a switch." This was a lot of fun to participate in. Note the ceiling mounted tub filler. When you have a bathroom with plenty of sunlight, it's only fitting to utilize it for the most beauty possible! This bathroom upgrade features a stand-alone soaker tub, a custom ceramic tile shower with dual shower heads, and a double sink vanity.

Zellige tile is usually a natural hand formed kiln fired clay tile, this multi-tonal beige tile is exactly that. Beautifully laid in this walk in door less shower, this tile is the simple "theme" of this warm cream guest bath. We also love the pub style metal framed Pottery barn mirror and streamlined lighting that provide a focal accent to this bathroom.
