Stage two of this project was to renovate the upstairs bathrooms which consisted of main bathroom, powder room, ensuite and walk in robe. A feature wall of hand made subways laid vertically and navy and grey floors harmonise with the downstairs theme. We have achieved a calming space whilst maintaining functionality and much needed storage space.

A poky upstairs layout becomes a spacious master suite, complete with a Japanese soaking tub to warm up in the long, wet months of the Pacific Northwest. The master bath now contains a central space for the vanity, a “wet room” with shower and an "ofuro" soaking tub, and a private toilet room.

This West Austin couple was halfway through a re-design on their home when their dream house popped up for sale. Without hesitation they bought it and a new project was hatched. While the new house was in better shape, it needed several improvements including a new primary bathroom. Now this contemporary spa-like retreat features a vanity with a floating cabinet with large storage drawers, basket storage and a thick marble countertop, black mirrors and hardware. Accent tile runs from the floor up the shower wall. Set in a herringbone pattern, the tile adds color, texture and is the focal point of the room.

We created this colorful bathroom for the daughter, incorporating her favorite colors. This modern tile pattern pairs with a white oak floating vanity. The tile pattern flows up from the floor and is carried up the wall as the backsplash to create a stunning focal wall.

his Mid-town Ventura guest bath was in desperate need of remodeling. The alcove (3 sided) tub completely closed off the already small space. We knocked out that wing wall, picked a light and bright palette which gave us an opportunity to pick a fun and adventurous floor! Click through to see the dramatic before and after photos! This East Village penthouse was designed for nocturnal entertaining. Reclaimed wood lines the walls and counters of the kitchen and dark tones accent the different spaces of the apartment. Brick walls were exposed and the stair was stripped to its raw steel finish. The guest bath shower is lined with textured slate while the floor is clad in striped Moroccan tile.

Hall Bathroom
The floor tile in this bathroom still makes our hearts skip a beat. We designed the rest of the space to be a clean and bright white, and really let the lovely blue of the floor tile pop. The walnut vanity cabinet (complete with hairpin legs) adds a lovely level of warmth to this bathroom, and the black and brass accents add the sophisticated touch we were looking for.
