The Billy Baldwin sofa is upholstered in Scalamandré's iconic Tigre velvet with bullion fringe trim. Visual Comfort Art Deco style sconces are mounted above the marble fireplace. The Shade Store created a pair of custom silk curtains with matching cornices. The Tony Duquette chandelier is from Remains Lighting. The custom bed is upholstered in Surrealist Pierre Frey embroidery with a Schiaparelli inspired "Shocking Pink" bed canopy.

Keeping with our black and white palette, we added a pop of deep rose pink in the pillows and accessories. The bed is custom and the modern nightstands are polished nickel and wood. We hung floating pendants over the nightstands for added drama. A custom zebra bench is at the foot of the bed.

In this elegant masculine bedroom, my intention was to create a super comfortable environment within these penetrating dark walls. This intimate setting composed of strong elements like metal, fire and leather is harmonized by softer ones like the representation of the female figure, plants, as well as plush textures. The homeowner had a vision of a sultry and moody ambiance. He desired a space that is both inviting and mysterious, with bold colors and luxurious textures. We added dramatic light fixtures to create shadows and highlight certain features of the room. The result is a space that is both seductive and sophisticated.

Une chambre de rêve en cours de création. Au départ une chambre blanche et assez froide. Nous avons habillé le dressing et en même temps fait un tête de lit (manque encore des prises en Bakélite et des appliques en laiton). Entre les fenêtres il va y avoir un grand miroir mural et accoté le fauteuil il y aura un buffet style scandinave. Au sol nous avons mis un grand tapis sur mesure. Les murs ont été peints avec du Blackblue de farrow & Ball, finition mat.
