Inspired by the craft and creativity of its surroundings, Lyons Place by property developer Almacantar is a collection of beautifully designed residential townhouses, apartments and penthouses in London’s north-west. The apartments include private balconies or terraces, whilst the duplex penthouse apartments benefit from large roof terraces and the three-storey townhouses feature private street access from Lyons Place. Working closely with Medway Fabricators, we supplied our Zircon 150 expanded mesh powder coated white (RAL 9010) which were then fixed to posts outlining the penthouse roof terraces. The use of metal mesh complements the surrounding area of the roof terrace along with taking in the stunning views of one of London’s most attractive neighbourhoods. Lyons Place breathes new life into the area, rapidly following in the footsteps of Marylebone Village.
