Haven Design and ConstructionThe primary bedroom suite in this mountain modern home is the picture of comfort and luxury. The striking wallpaper was selected to represent the textures of a rocky mountain's layers when it is split into. The earthy colors in the wallpaper--blue grays, rusts, tans and creams--make up the restful color scheme of the room. Textural bedding and upholstery fabrics add warmth and interest. The upholstered channel-back bed is flanked with woven sisal nightstands and substantial alabaster bedside lamps. On the opposite side of the room, a velvet swivel chair and oversized artwork add additional color and warmth. The home's striking windows feature remote control privacy shades to block out light for sleeping. The stone disk chandelier repeats the alabaster element in the room and adds a finishing touch of elegance to this inviting suite.

MIS EN CHANTIER - Véronique BertholonCet appartement se situe sur les deux derniers étages d’un ancien hôtel particulier avec des vues incroyables sur les toits et les monuments de Paris. C’est donc un duplex de 220 m2 avec un grand espace de réception décloisonné et plusieurs chambres et salles de bain. Les clients ayant beaucoup résidé à l’étranger souhaitaient s’installer définitivement dans ce bel appartement. Pour cela il fallait le refaire à leur goût en collant à leur style de vie. Les enfants de ce couple sont grands, ils commencent eux-même à avoir des enfants. Certains habitent à l’étranger et il était important qu’il y ait un espace pour recevoir enfants et petits enfants confortablement.
Nous avons respecté le style et les contraintes du bâtiment. Les anciens propriétaires avaient créé des pièces consécutives dans l’espace vie/convivialité et les clients préféraient ouvrir au maximum. Nous avons refait de nombreux éléments dans les règles de l’art, et notamment les moulures en staff, les vitraux à l’ancienne, la cheminée du salon qui avait été détruite ainsi que les parquets en très mauvais état. Toutes les fenêtres de l’appartement ont été changées en respectant le style de l’existant.
Cheminée entièrement refaite à l’ancienne, menuiserie sur mesure en mdf peint et en placage chêne naturel, électrification LED des menuiseries, volets intérieurs en bois à panneaux sur fenêtres gueule de loup à l’ancienne. Vitraux entièrement refaits, moulures staff reprises entièrement... Tout le soin a été apporté à cette belle rénovation pour un résultat optimal.

ballonSTUDIO interiors & remodelingOur San Francisco studio designed this beautiful four-story home for a young newlywed couple to create a warm, welcoming haven for entertaining family and friends. In the living spaces, we chose a beautiful neutral palette with light beige and added comfortable furnishings in soft materials. The kitchen is designed to look elegant and functional, and the breakfast nook with beautiful rust-toned chairs adds a pop of fun, breaking the neutrality of the space. In the game room, we added a gorgeous fireplace which creates a stunning focal point, and the elegant furniture provides a classy appeal. On the second floor, we went with elegant, sophisticated decor for the couple's bedroom and a charming, playful vibe in the baby's room. The third floor has a sky lounge and wine bar, where hospitality-grade, stylish furniture provides the perfect ambiance to host a fun party night with friends. In the basement, we designed a stunning wine cellar with glass walls and concealed lights which create a beautiful aura in the space. The outdoor garden got a putting green making it a fun space to share with friends.

Ольга Долидзе Для оформления спальни хотелось использовать максимум натуральных материалов и фактур. Образцы стеновых панелей с натуральным шпоном дуба мы с хозяйкой утверждали несколько месяцев. Нужен был определенный тон, созвучный мрамору, легкая «седина» прожилок, структурированная фактура. Столярная мастерская «Своё» смогла воплотить замысел. Изящные латунные полосы на стене разделяют разные материалы. Обычно используют Т-образный профиль, чтобы закрыть стык покрытий. Но красота в деталях, мы и тут усложнили себе задачу, выбрали П-образный профиль и встроили в плоскость стены. С одной стороны, неожиданным решением стало использование в спальне мраморных поверхностей. Сделано это для того, чтобы визуально теплые деревянные стеновые панели в контрасте с холодной поверхностью натурального мрамора зазвучали ярче. Природный рисунок мрамора поддерживается в светильниках Serip серии Agua и Liquid. Светильники в интерьере спальни являются органическим стилевым произведением. На полу – инженерная доска с дубовым покрытием от паркетного ателье Luxury Floor. Дополнительный уют, мягкость придают текстильные принадлежности: шторы, подушки от Empire Design. Шкаф и комод растворяются в интерьере, они тут не главные.
