    Hi ytoepfer, yes it is possible to tile right up to the window. We have done this on many occasions but it is important to have your waterproofing done properly in wet areas. Regarding your particular issue, it isn't possible for me to comment without actually seeing your room. Make sure you have a trusted professional to give you advice on site.
