This house is one of the seven houses built at the Miramonte project near the Highlands in Santa Barbara. The house has 40 caissons under the slab foundation than extend anywhere from 20' to 50' deep. The house is conventional wood framing with mission style smooth painted stucco, aluminum clad wood windows and clay tile roof.
