The main living areas in this house are located on the first floor and open up to a balcony with ocean views. The ground floor contains all secondary bedrooms and an additional lounge area which opens up to the backyard. The cladding is a combination of horizontal white weatherboard style cladding, along with vertical cladding in monument, and timber look cladding.
