A small yard effectively used by terracing paver patios from the main level of the house. A seat wall around the lower tier acts as a low fence and allows for more seating capabilities around the fireplace. There's still just enough space in the lawn to play corn-hole. Since the lot is a low point there is a hidden but substantial french drain that runs the entire length of the lawn, with about 4 inches of soil for turf on top, preventing puddling and keeping the lawn beautiful. -Phillip Hanks
