This swimming pool is located in an inner city suburb, only a few blocks from the CBD, where there is very limited on street parking available. Prior to starting on construction a ‘tradesman parking permit’ had to be obtained from the local council for each construction vehicle working on site. Additionally, as the property is located within a heritage overlay a town planning permit had to be obtained prior to any construction works starting.
