Islington Listed Georgian Townhouse

Transitional Bathroom, London

For the vanity, we decided that the metal shower needed to be juxtaposed with something natural. So we repurposed a vintage rosewood sideboard to create a free-standing washstand with floating mirrors. We also designed a frame to house two floating mirrors above his and hers marble sinks which weighed an enormous amount. Working with the joinery team to ensure the vintage unit could hold two lovely marble sinks which weighed an enormous amount. So it was quite a task making sure the the unit could take 12 the weight whilst retaining a delicate look and feel.
