Design by Nisa Sanyata, Kitchen Studio North Shore branch. The judges loved the simplicity of this design and the thoughtful use of materials which when combined delivered a stunning result. The crisp white kitchen cabinetry framed by the chunky engineered stone benchtops and the warm washed maple woodgrain accents make this kitchen look understated but elegant. The high functionality of multiple banks of drawers with sleek unobtrusive handles and the additional walk in scullery delivers multiple storage solutions. The vertical lines of the wall cabinetry create a lineal line and the clear window to the underside provided both natural light and visual stimulation while providing the focal point of the room. The end result is a kitchen design both highly functional and with outstanding visual appeal.
