Our client loves to cook so an open plan kitchen with a space for her grandchildren to play was at the top of the list. Key features used in this open plan design were warm floorboard tiles in a herringbone pattern, navy horizontal shiplap feature wall, custom joinery in entry, living and children's play area, rattan pendant lighting, marble, navy and white open plan kitchen.

Four Elements ConstructionThese clients were referred to us by some very nice past clients, and contacted us to share their vision of how they wanted to transform their home. With their input, we expanded their front entry and added a large covered front veranda. The exterior of the entire home was re-clad in bold blue premium siding with white trim, stone accents, and new windows and doors. The kitchen was expanded with beautiful custom cabinetry in white and seafoam green, including incorporating an old dining room buffet belonging to the family, creating a very unique feature. The rest of the main floor was also renovated, including new floors, new a railing to the second level, and a completely re-designed laundry area. We think the end result looks fantastic!

All trim and doors were painted white, floors refinished in a new color, opening to the kitchen became larger to create a more cohesive floor plan. The dining room became a "dreamy" Butlers Pantry and the kitchen was completely re-configured to include a 48" range and paneled appliances. Notice that there are no switches or outlets in the backsplashes. Mud room, laundry room re-imagined and the basement ballroom completely redone. Make sure to look at the before pictures!
