In this renovation, the once-framed closed-in double-door closet in the laundry room was converted to a locker storage system with room for roll-out laundry basket drawer and a broom closet. The laundry soap is contained in the large drawer beside the washing machine. Behind the mirror, an oversized custom medicine cabinet houses small everyday items such as shoe polish, small tools, masks...etc. The off-white cabinetry and slate were existing. To blend in the off-white cabinetry, walnut accents were added with black hardware.

De nombreux rangements sur mesure ont été réalisés dans les couloirs pour optimiser tous les espaces disponibles. Le papier peint à motifs fait écho aux lignes arrondies de la porte verrière réalisée sur mesure. Dans les chambres, on retrouve des couleurs chaudes qui renforcent l’esprit vacances de l’appartement. Les salles de bain et la buanderie sont également dans des tons de vert naturel associés à du bois brut. La robinetterie noire, toute en contraste, apporte une touche de modernité. Un appartement où il fait bon vivre !
