María Ángeles confió en nosotros para la reforma y el interiorismo de la planta baja de su vivienda, proyecto en el que disfrutamos muchísimo y que se puede apreciar en el resultado. No se sentía a gusto con la distribución desordenada e incómoda existente así como con la estética indefinida en la que el paso del tiempo y la integración de elementos al azar no siempre acertada, habían terminado por convertir el espacio en un hogar carente de armonía. Los objetivos eran claros. - Trabajar la distribución más adecuada para su forma de vida prestando atención a cada detalle. - Adoptar una estética sencilla y funcional con un coste contenido. - Entregar la obra en los tiempos acordados y tener la satisfacción del cliente en el trabajo realizado. En la distribución optamos por trasladar el salón a la fachada principal de la vivienda, obteniendo mejor iluminación y un acceso directo desde el exterior. Se propuso un espacio abierto con zonas claramente identificadas. El salón ocupa una zona parcial con privacidad respecto al acceso. La zona de comedor comparte espacio con un espacio de acceso que vertebra la planta, uniéndolo a la cocina, creando un gran volumen con un aprovechamiento total de la superficie. Implantamos un sistema de grandes puertas correderas, en el que eventualmente puede independizar la zona de salón comedor con el resto de la planta, cerrar la zona de escalera para mejorar la eficiencia térmica o simplemente dejar todos los espacios abiertos quedando estas ocultas entre tabiques. A continuación de la cocina, encontramos el lavadero, una zona de trabajo espaciosa y bien iluminada donde, al igual que en la cocina donde cada elemento está pensado para su uso concreto priorizando la funcionalidad dentro de la estética establecida. El acceso al baño queda dispuesto en el distribuidor junto con el dormitorio auxiliar. Nos decantamos por trabajar los espacios dentro de un estilo Japandi, una fusión entre lo nórdico y lo japonés, donde la utilización de la madera y los materiales naturales nos aportan calidez y calidad y un diseño funcional y minimalista sin llegar al extremo de su definición que nos infunde el diseño nipón. Trabajamos con una gama cromática que nos infunde paz y ligereza, con tejidos naturales tipo lino para los estores del salón y con elementos funcionales, prescindiendo de lo superfluo. Incluimos un tapizado de bambú en la zona del sofá y de la chimenea, incluyendo el tono verde como color complementario para algunos elementos auxiliares. Las plantas naturales, los maceteros de fibras naturales, el bambú, las madera claras del mobiliario, o las piezas redondeadas y la madera natural efecto de inspiración oriental y nórdica de la mesa y sillas del comedor, completan la lectura del espacio creando un equilibrio relajante. Un cuadro metálico con unas ramas, el reloj, unas lámparas colgantes negras, son algunos de los elementos que utilizamos como contraste con lo más escandinavo, definiendo el Japandi. Los tonos utilizados en la cocina, continúan en la misma línea. Utilizamos una bancada de mármol muy característica y la península la dotamos con un extra de calidez a través de las sillas artesanales y la madera. Apostamos por un revestimiento a través de unos azulejos hexagonales, que sin tomar un protagonismo principal suman valor añadido a la sencillez del diseño innovando en su estética final. En el lavadero y baño, predomina la selección de acabados en madera que junto con el negro son nuestras herramientas para inducir ese toque oriental. Los tiradores, la encimera oscura, la mampara de la ducha, los accesorios de baño, las terminaciones de los estores, son elementos singulares por los que apostamos para garantizar el contraste necesario y potenciar el estilo. En los espacios de distribución, combinamos ambos principios estéticos. Una decoración circular de bambú sobre una pared verde, color vinculante, y una decoración metálica negra en el distribuidor del baño nos ayudan a completar el conjunto de forma armónica.
