Crearter ConstructionsNewly constructed Granny Flat over garage project. This was built in the backyard of this property with the intention of providing rental income. This granny flat features and open kitchen, living and dining space, two bedrooms and a beautiful bathroom with European laundry facilities. Beautiful blackbutt decking was left to grey off and was used to create a large alfresco living area that continues around the back of the flat.
UserPart One: When the homeowners said they wanted windows in ALL of the new garage door sections, we said 'Sure, we can do that!" And best of all, they loved it. To complete the new door installation, a new LiftMaster opener was added as well. Friday he clean and stain the floor with Honey color stain, Saturday he apply the SealGreen E10 Epoxy Sealer, and Sunday he apply a final coat of SealGreen Poly-StepGurad with anti-skid. Monday he was able to park his car and enjoy his basement. All the product he used were environmentally safe and have no toxic smell or solvents.
