An open plan kitchen, dining and living room has been achieved via modular construction by Precon Living. This option meant that the family only had to manage through minimal disruption during a two week on-site installation, rather than a 3-4 month build. The modular extension was fabricated in Precon’s Narbethong workshop and installed on site in less than a day.
