ING ConstructionAs seen within this section of the home remodel and pool addition to the back yard, we installed wood slat and a brick circumference to the pool, to create not only the ground work which surrounds the pool, but a beautiful addition to the wood slats as well as the pool house area in the back yard.

This project features a 22’0´x 48’0” pool, 3’6” to 6’0” deep. The raised hot tub measures 7’0” x 9’0” and features a glass-tiled spillover water feature. Valder’s “floating” steppers are also featured in the water feature area.The sunshelf measures 6’0” x 16’0”. The pool coping is Valders Wisconsin Limestone. CLC Landscape DesignThe client wanted to transform the backyard into a space that would be perfect for relaxing or for entertaining friends and family. On the wishlist were a pool, an outdoor living space, and an outdoor kitchen.
The design started by locating the vinyl liner, rectangular swimming pool (with auto cover) in the optimal location. From there, we designed an outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven off the back of the house. Nearby, we included a cabana with bar seating, a TV, and a bathroom. All of this is on a Nicolock Alpine Ridge Granite City blend paver patio.
To work with the existing slope of the property, we designed and installed a raised patio on one side of the pool; the perfect spot for lounging poolside. Lush plantings were installed to create multi-seasonal interest throughout the backyard and pool area.

This project features a 25’0” x 44’0” swimming pool, 3’6” to 8’0” deep. The hot tub measures 7’0” x 10’0”. The sunshelf measures 6’0” x 14’0”. The pool coping is Valders Wisconsin Limestone in Dovewhite color. There is a jump rock feature for diving into the pool. The pool finish is Ceramaquartz. The pool also features a volleyball and basketball system. The raised stone water feature spills into the swimming pool. There are 5 LED color changing bubblers on the sunshelf, as well as 6 LED color changing Laminar water features around the pool. The top of the spa and the perimeter of the pool features Crystal Glass Blue Blend tile and accents. The pool and spa are covered by an automatic pool safety cover with custom stone lid system. The pool deck is a porcelain paver. The Masonry gas fire pit has stone veneer pillars and a Valders Wisconsin Limestone cap. The seat wall has a stone veneer and Valders Wisconsin Limestone coping. Neptune Swimming PoolsThe client's came to us wanting a design that was going to open up their small backyard and give them somewhere for their family to enjoy and entertain for many years to come.
This project presented many technical challenges due to the levels required to comply with various building regulations. Clever adaptations such privacy screens, floating deck entry and hidden pool gate behind the raised feature wall were all design elements that make this project more suitable to the smaller area.
The main design feature that was a key to the functionality of this pool was the raised infinity edge, with the pool wall designed to comply with current pool barrier standards. With no pool fence between the pool and house the space appears more open with the noise of the water falling over the edge into a carefully concealed balance tank adding a very tranquil ambience to the outdoor area.
With the accompanying fire pit and sitting area, this space not only looks amazing but is functional all year round and the low maintenance fully automated pool cleaning system provides easy operation and maintenance.

By utilizing natural stone to coincide with the homes masonry, custom seatwalls and paver inlays throughout the poured concrete offer a chic appearance. Carpentry panels assist in screening neighboring views while plants help soften the surround. A gas fire bowl sets off the space and creates an inviting lounge during the evening.
