This Southwest Florida kitchen remodel features custom Dura Supreme Cabinetry shown in a Vintage Panel door style in “antique white” paint with an Espresso Glaze finish. A wall of kitchen cabinets surrounds a concealed refrigerator and dishwasher for a more seamless look. The striking countertops are finished with a 3 cm polished Nacarado granite—also used on the small, but functional island in the middle of the kitchen. The backsplash is a stunning Sienna Tumbled Stone and includes a 12 x 20 antique bronze mural that acts as a lovely focal point to the kitchen.

Ricardo is passionate about sustainable forestry. He specialises in renewable energy using natural systems in nature and we have created an environment that reflects this within his home. In this project we chose paintings that express fluidity and fengshui to embrace the wind and water elements of nature. To purify the air, we created a moss wall and the lush grass carpet generates the comforting sense of forest bathing. The splashback evokes the peaceful experience of walking in the forest amongst a sea of bluebells generating a sense of spring and new beginings. The bathroom is inspired by the vast, lush Amazon Rainforest and it's natural biodiversity. With the artwork here, we created an alluring tranquil space, incorporating natural raw materials and spiritual artefacts, brining a sense of calm and rejuvenation.

The warm Koa wood cabinetry keeps the space grounded and the use of touch-to-open pillow edge doors adds a soft, clean look and eliminates the need for cabinet handles. The large island creates ample cook space and an easy flow through the kitchen and to the expansive deck beyond. Additional cabinets with glass door accents extend beyond the kitchen into an adjacent hallway for convenient storage of everyday items.
