Vincent St, Glen Iris
Modern Bathroom, Melbourne
A dividing wall in such a strong colour had the potential to segregate and diminish the sense of space to most bathrooms. Exacting care was taken to sculpture this feature and reduce its impact and allow function and form to harmonize.
The result emphasizes the curves of the bath, provides a modesty barrier to the toilet area, allows light to permeate the shower behind it.
The restrained colour pallet and balance of style, give a sense of spacious intimacy.
