How to Sync Houzz Pro With Your Existing Tools
With Houzz Pro, you can easily integrate some of your favourite tools to streamline the process for your business. We currently support integration with:
- Xero
- Gmail
- External Calendars — iCloud, Google, Office 365, Exchange and Outlook
- Video Conferencing Platforms — Google Meet, 8x8, Zoom, Microsoft Teams and GoTo Meeting
Xero
When you integrate and sync Xero, Houzz Pro will automatically sync over all approved, paid or sent documents. This includes proposals, estimates, invoices, retainers, variation orders, and payments recorded on documents. You also have the ability to manually sync documents if needed. You can easily view sync status across all your projects in the Xero Sync Dashboard on Houzz Pro.

Houzz Pro Gmail Extension
The free Houzz Pro Gmail extension helps you manage your leads quickly and easily. With just a few clicks, you can add new or existing email communications directly to the leads section of Houzz Pro. This will save the entire conversation — including the email text, photos, files and documents — so you can view and edit within the Houzz Pro software.

External Calendars
Within Houzz Pro, you can quickly connect your personal or business calendar to book meetings with potential clients or keep track of a project's schedule. We currently support integration with iCloud, Google, Office 365, Exchange and Outlook.
