916 gave the best bid for our vinyl floors. They had to remove large Spanish tile and prepare floor for vinyl. They were very professional and did a great job. Love our floors and would recommend them anytime.

After doing extensive research online, we picked 916 Floors to do the flooring in our new (pre-owned) home. Every single interaction with every person in this company was a positive experience. Their customer service is top-notch! AND, their installers do an amazing job. They removed almost-new carpet from our downstairs and re-installed in three bedrooms upstairs. They dropped off baseboards the weekend before our big job started so we had the weekend to paint them. They did the demo of three different types of flooring on our first floor and installed luxury vinyl planks. We are absolutely thrilled with the end result. They worked hard during the installation with an attention to detail and excellent craftsmanship. Finishing two days ahead of schedule was the cherry on top. Extremely satisfied with the whole experience.

916 Floors were professional and personable from start to finish. They were easy to work with, made suggestions that fit within our budget, and did high quality installation of carpet and Coretech flooring. What impressed us the most was how they responded to a concern we had. Our Coretech flooring was multi-colored, therefore the pattern of how the panels were installed was very important. When we pointed out one area was not to our liking, they completed took up and re-installed the whole area, and did so in a pattern that was perfect and exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for flooring work.
