Great Product and Service. I had the worst experience building my house; but Impact Precious Wood were one of the 3 subs that did deliver a quality product and personalized service. I had a tight deadline to install my wood front wood door and they delivered it ontime. I do recommend them. I am happy with my door. Daniela and Alvaro are the best!

Very disappointed. I order powder room panels + installation, horrible. They switched the team 4-5 times because they don’t have their own employees so they looked for different contractors to do the job instead because they don’t do the job themselves and the free lance contractors they brought left because they realise that this company isn’t professional and they are committing to job that they can’t complete. This company is good with doors but way too far for being good with panels for walls, I’ve been there, I’ve tasted the horrible work they did for me, it was better to keep the walls white, and the amount of mess they did in my house, just insane. I paid on July 2022 the full amount and today is March 1st 2023 and they still didn’t finish the job. The quality is very low, installing is unprofessional, also, they told me at the beginning that the can use the old powder door and then they damaged the door and said that the material is too heavy for the door and I need to pay for a new door after they damage the door. The painter was supposed to come on February 7th 2023 to fix the paint and he never showed up, since then I’m chasing after them to schedule and they keep running away. Very unprofessional, very low quality, the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. At the beginning they install the panels so badly and unprofessionally that they was needed to remove and replace everything because they forgot to check if the wall is straight, so I asked them if you already going to remove everything and redo at least do a better looking design as compensation for the delay and emotional distress and after some arguments they agreed but then again it’s took them a while to install, the door came damaged and cracked and the “pushing system” isn’t working well and we are struggling with the door badly in order to close it. About the front door I order, honestly, pretty nice but until today they didn’t switch the strap that they put which isn’t fit, they told me many times that they will but nothing yet. They also blocked me in Instagram and they answer the mail once in a while with the same answer of “sorry” and “we’ll try to schedule asap but we didn’t find a painter” I feel like they’re running away. Of course that I’ll never work with them again. They asked for full payment which I paid 8 month ago but than I was needed to chase after them in order to get what I deserve. I’ve open a claim against them and hopefully they will be charged, I’ve a huge distress and I feel that I got scammed with the powder room, because they took a job that they can’t complete, as they mention today in the mail “we didn’t find a professional painter to complete the job” so if you can’t complete the job give me a refund, instead they asking me to pay for a new door even that they committed that they can use the old door, but now I realized that everything is just to get the deal done but in the results step, nothing.

There were very helpful , with the design, the choosing of hardware and the staining of the solid door They can for follow up maintenance on a warranty And preformed the repairs without charge They then followed up with molding the contractor never even did I would recommend this company , without hesitation I am very happy with both the finished product as well as the service provided

Impact Precious Wood fabricated a custom wood pivot main entry door for one of my luxury residential projects, with their only reference being a client inspiration photo! The door is beautiful and has perfect function. They are customer service-oriented, communicative, and most importantly, on-time with my construction schedule! They are a pleasure to work with and have become our preferred entry door contractors. We will be working with Ruth and her team at Impact Precious Wood for a very long time.

Would Not Recommend. Very unprofessional and does not complete the project. Door was ordered in May and installed in November and I'm still waiting for them to complete the project. There is no follow through. Beware, the sales guy will tell you one thing and the install crew will tell you another. I am beyond disappointed in my $10,000 front door. If I had to do again I would never have used these guys.

Last December my wife and I moved into our house on St. Croix. The solid mahogany doors on the inside, the hurricane-resistance main entry door, and the mahogany-clad garage door add significantly to the overall beauty and quality of the home. We’ve had so many positive comments about your work and are grateful to you for all you’ve done.
