About Us

AK Interiors, LLC is an award winning interior design firm, located in Lancaster, PA. Founded by Alison McIndoe in 1996, the firm provides both residential and commercial design services. In the fall of 2015, we relocated our headquarters to downtown Lancaster. We also added a boutique home furnishings, accessories and gift shoppe.Our philosophy is that interiors should reflect the needs and lifestyle of each individual client. Interiors are about the people who inhabit them and each space is uniquely distinct. We are known for classic, well-edited spaces that are not only beautiful, but functional. We pride ourselves on attention to detail and client service.

Alison of AK Interiors helped me decorate our home. SHe was very helpful, understood my style and steered me well towards decision making to would suit our taste. She also was wonderful at working within budget and choosing the best we could afford. Alison is also a very personable lady, I recommend her highly as a professional and a person of integrity.
