I worked with Zelmar K & D at our old house 10 years ago and was so glad they are still in business when we bought a new house that needed a lot of work this year (2023). It was a bigger remodel job this time around and the guys only got better at what they do. The insights, advice and industry knowledge they provide is priceless. They use the best crews and have the highest standards which was important to us. The results are exactly what we were looking for and was worth every penny.

The entire team at Zelmar and everyone that worked on our complete Kitchen and Bath remodel were a pleasure to work with. They stayed on schedule throughout the project. Zelko did a great job with advising us on the design and his sons kept everything moving all the way through to completion. We have been extremely happy with the end result. We just completed our third project with Zelmar Kitchen Designs within a span of six years. Our first was our kitchen, the second our master bath and most recently two bathrooms and new tile floors. Obviously we won't use anyone else. This family owned business is professional, reliable, friendly, knowledgeable and only deals with thee BEST contractors. Every project went according to a very detailed schedule. The talented contractors were in constant contact with each other so that things ran smoothly and efficiently. They were respectful and cleaned up at the end of each day. We will not be going anywhere else when it's time for our next project. Hands down, Zelmar is the BEST! After hiring a contractor that never showed I luckily found Zelmar Kitchens. The professionalism and management of the project exceeded my expectations. Removal of 2 walls required a blending of 3 plaster ceilings.. I am still amazed at how beautiful they turned out. The kitchen design is exactly what I wanted and entertaining now is so much easier for me.. I have an abundance of storage and space thanks to Zeljko’s expertise and years of experience. I highly recommend Zelmar kitchen Design to anyone looking for quality design and on time completion!!

I wanted to leave a review for Zelmar Kitchen design even though our project has not been completed yet. Zelmar was recommended to us by a trusted friend who had done a major house renovation with them. After we saw their finished project, we knew that Zelmar was who we wanted to do our whole house flooring and bathroom renovation. From the first moment we visited the store we felt that we were in good hands. The advice, recommendations, care and sincerity with which we were treated sealed the deal for us. Zelko’s measurement and design skills were so impressive. Their honesty and transparency in pricing left no room for worries. They only work with highly experienced installers and offer the highest quality materials. Due to unforeseen circumstances, a change in the product was necessary. Aleks and Milan (the brotherly dynamic duo) were on top of it and in no time, a replacement product was located and our project start date never changed. We can’t wait to see the end results. We had a massive renovation done with Zelmar (a family owned business), two bathrooms, a laundry room, a kitchen and all new flooring. It was the most seamless, professional, timely project ever! The father Zelko is an experienced designer who maximized our storage but with great aesthetics. Selecting materials in the show room was not overwhelming, the sons Milan and Aleks, have a good eye and they know what works well in our Florida climate. The materials were top quality and the installation teams were professional and personable and I consider them new friends. Any material issues from the manufacturers were quickly and efficiently handled by Milan. They had a detailed timeline and they stuck to it - two months and not one day late. We had quotes from other companies, and Zelmar was far more reasonable with, I feel, better quality materials. Many of our friends have had renovation nightmares, but ours was a fantastic experience with Zelmar. I highly recommend Zelmar and their outstanding family business!

The experience with Zelmar was 5 star from beginning to end. The products they sell are extraordinary and the contractors used are exceptional. The project was right on scedule at all times from start to finish. The workmanship was of the highest quality and their team was a pleasure to be around and have in our home. They were passionate about their work and showed it in the quality of what they achieved.

After looking at several kitchen renovation companies, we were very fortunate to find Zelmar Kitchen Designs. They are a family owned business consisting of the father Zeljko, and his two sons Aleks, and Milan. My wife and I knew from the moment we meet them that this was the company we were going to go with. Right from the start they were honest, upfront with their process, and very accommodating. At no time did they ever try to up sell us. We were looking to completely renovate our kitchen, but couldn’t figure out a layout that would work. Zeljko came to the house and spent approximately two hours measuring, and trying to figure out what would be the best fit. The next day he sent us his design, and it was perfect. My wife and I loved the design. Which was a big hurdle because we couldn’t agree on any of the previous designs from other companies we tried. Shortly after we agreed on the design, and price (which was very fair) he scheduled us to meet with his contractors. We went over every detail, and were given great ideas from the contractors as well. From the first meeting to the end of the job, Zeljko, and his sons were constantly in touch with us. They kept us up to date on the timeline, and products (cabinets, tile, sink, etc.) that were ordered. Their contractors were all over the top friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. My wife and I are completely overwhelmed by the great job Zelmar and their team did. I would advise anyone looking for a honest, fair, professional, accommodating, and stress free renovation kitchen and bath design company, to look no further than Zelmar Kitchen Designs. By the time the renovation was completed we felt like family. Thanks again to the Zelmar family, and their contractors.

Highly recommend Zelmar! Even through Hurricane season our 4 room job was completed on time. We had two bathrooms, a laundry room and kitchen remodeled and it looks amazing. Although we had a few hiccups, the team at Zelmar made sure everything was completed correctly, even though the issue was with an outside contractor. It was nice having such a solid team from plumbing, electrical, tile, and remodeling that I could trust to be in my home alone. As a very type A person , it was nice to have a team to guide me through my worries from start to finish!

When looking into remodeling my kitchen, I started looking into a few companies, and they took what I wanted and talked about tearing down walls and the cost would have been way above my means, not to mention, I didn’t want to tear down the walls. There were no other suggestions to stay within my budget and get what I wanted. I really liked Zelmar Kitchen Designs & More because of their honesty. They did not try to sell me anything I couldn’t afford or what would not fit in the space available. This is a real family run business. My first visit to their store I met Aleks (Marketing and Design). We discussed what I wanted to have done and the space available. He took the time to explain why some things I wanted wouldn’t work in the space. He showed me many of the materials they had that would work. Next, I met Zelko (the owner and head designer) We set up an appointment at my home so that he could see the space I wanted to remodel. He came with the plumber and electrician, and they took measurements, and we discussed what I wanted and how they could implement the changes. My next visit was back at their store, Zelko had the plans drawn up for me to see and asked if I wanted them to go ahead with the job. He tried to implement everything I wanted and even went above and beyond and added a wonderful beverage area which gave me more cabinets and drawers which was my goal. He included a new pantry with drawers, a Super Susan and also a cabinet for trays. I love the under the cabinet LED lights Milan (operations and finance) set up the proposed timeline for my approval and kept in touch with me throughout the renovation. He set up the contractors and called if there were any changes. He kept in touch with the contractors daily, if a problem did arise it was promptly rectified. The contractors were kind, courteous and professional. This family made the renovation relatively stress free and I am in love with my new kitchen, it turned out to be much more than I could have ever expected.
