From the first time I spoke with Alex, he was professional, real, good guy, and modest. I had a very large tree fall in a storm and land on my roof. It did quite a bit of damage to the roof and our patio cover. He gave me an estimate and when i scheduled the roof repair, he told me it would take 4 days. Alex even took time out of his personal time in the evenings to answer questions and talk. The removal crew showed up first thing in the morning and had the roof and broken parts torn away and then his crew went to work with the repairs and install. His guys were quick, professional, funny and nice. I went to see how they were doing and was stunned at their progress. They completely finished and did an AMAZING job, in less than 2 days. I honestly couldn't believe that they finished when Alex told me. The roof looks absolutely incredible!!! His guys added extra ventilation across the ridge of the roof that helps our whole house fan work better. I absolutely would recommend Alex Perez and his guys to anyone that needs a roof. They are amazing!!!! I'd give them a higher rating if I could. Thanks Alex and your crew, for the great work!!!

We had roof damage due to wind. Insurance Company's roofer gave us quote. Alex reviewed his estimate did the same work for less money. Men showed up on time. Completed the work same day. Answered all of our questions and provided pictures of repairs. Highly recommend

I had a totally exceptional experience with Alex Perez's Roofing! It started with a competitive, detailed bid. After Alex walked through the details of his plan for a variety of roof repairs and updates needed for my concrete tile roof, I felt confident about his solutions. He also explained some potential downsides from competitor bids. The team was friendly, courteous and efficient. I spent time with them on the roof. They explained everything they were doing and showing me in real time while they were working. It really helped me understand (and see) exactly what they were doing. Alex and his team were great communicators throughout the entire process. The quality of their work is outstanding! I absolutely intend to bring them back in a few years for a roof check-up and will confidently refer them to neighbors, friends and family in the area!
