Albert is phenomenal. He set up two entertainment systems in my house (TV's with surround sound, along with N64 and Playstation4 game consoles). He spent a lot of time making sure I understood how to use every device and even went out of his way to work with my schedule. He knew exactly what he's doing, whereas I knew NOTHING. Now, even if I just push a wrong button on any of my controls, it's great knowing that Albert is just a phone call away and that he'll help me by phone when he can.
