We have been very pleased with Dave and the All Eco Design team throughout the two renovation projects we have done with them. We discovered All Eco Design because we were looking for a more environmentally sustainable approach to renovating our 1940s Cape house in Silver Spring. We also appreciated that all workers on the All Eco’s team have long-term contracts and health care. We felt that this made the company genuinely sustainable. We first worked with All Eco for a significant gut renovation project of our kitchen, dining room, and basement (+ wooden floor sanding and new lightning across the house). Two years later, we asked them to renovate our main bathroom. Since we knew how easy it was to work with Dave and his team, we did not even look for other companies to do this project. We also knew that we could trust Dave and his team to complete the project while we were abroad. It was straightforward to work with the designers to design a great-looking kitchen & dining area and main bathroom. The workers were always kind, efficient, and left a clean site at the end of the day. We were always able to ask Dave for some additional small tasks to be integrated. When there were bad surprises (such as a completely rotten wall behind the 80-year-old siding), Dave and his team proposed concrete solutions that they executed very quickly at very competitive prices. Dave always made sure to solve the problem quickly and at no cost whenever things were a little late or if there were mistakes (usually related to orders & stocks). Overall, we wound up doing two significant projects with All Eco design and will hire them again in a heartbeat if we need a third project.

From the design process to the project completion, I cannot say enough superb things about the All Eco Design Center team. Even the items that are not apparent to everyone (electric panels) are handled with skill and safety. Dave was always ready to offer creative suggestions to make our kitchen even more unique and beautiful. The outcome was even more impressive than my dreams. Every member of the All Eco team was kind, safety-conscious, professional and left the space tidy and clean after every workday (which was much appreciated). Seriously, I think we now have the world's most beautiful "Modern Farmhouse" kitchen.

All Eco Design Center just completed a gut renovation of my main bathroom. Everything came out, from floor to ceiling, and everything new went back in. And it is beautiful. It is tempting simply to say: Great work! Completely satisfied! And that’s true. But you need to know that every step of the project went wonderfully smoothly. Dave and John Paul are simply great to work with; excellent communication. From getting a good and competitive estimate for the whole project, to getting a detailed printed design/plan, to acquiring all the needed components/fixtures prior to starting. When the work began, the demolition was quick, complete, and without any mess for us the homeowners. The All Eco teams came, did their work, and left, taking the mess with them. They were neat, fastidious, with no grousing about the hill and climb to get to the rear of the house. Also, all the teams took thorough and consistent Covid 19 precautions, from start to finish. When the work of putting in all the new materials started, the crews were timely and efficient, no muss and no fuss. When there were questions or glitches, answers were readily gotten and resolved. The basic carpentry, plumbing and electricity went just as planned. But when the final finishes began to be installed, then I was stunned. The quality of the floor and wall tile installation was first-rate, a thing of beauty. The surfaces of the vanity and tub wall were excellent. The painting and caulking, the accessories, all went in easily. The attention to detail in every part of this project was gratifying and reassuring. When you know and can see that you are in good hands, the satisfaction level is incomparable. I can’t wait for my next project with All Eco.

Dave and his team were fantastic from start to finish. They really worked to make our vision happen (as well as make it better along the way). The balance between practicality and elegance was spot on and both function and style were always top of mind. We can't say enough about their responsiveness and thoughtfulness. We are thrilled with the outcome of their work and would absolutely use them again.

I hired AllEco to install a new bathroom and to remodel an existing bathroom. They did a terrific job with both. It took me a long time to make all the selections on fixtures, tiles, etc. and they were very patient. Once the job started they were really good at keeping me posted on plans, schedule and bumps in the road. Their workers were all professional, polite and skilled. Unlike other companies I'd worked with before, the workers I chatted with had been with the company for years and had a certain loyalty that seemed mutual; the company valued the workers and vice versa. This really showed in the quality of the work. I was especially impressed with the craftsmanship of the tile guys. I had decided to integrate a DIY accent tile (using pennies) and they were really accommodating and patient, and worked with me to figure out a way to execute what was just an idea. The results came out better than I ever expected. We did have some issues (fixtures were installed at wrong height) but the company agreed they should have checked this ahead of time, and they fixed the problem without an argument. I'm super happy with the results. They really did such a professional job with all the details - no crooked tile, off-center switch plates, or any of those kinds of short cuts that we often have to just accept. Both bathrooms came out just how I had hoped and I expect never to have to go back and redo anything (for once!).

All Eco Design Center designed my new kitchen and basement, including laundry/mud room and bathroom. Everyone at All Eco was great to work with from the owner to the design staff, site manager and laborers. They designed beautiful, functional spaces for me and were very responsive to my difficult timeline and design desires. They were completely transparent about costs and options and helped me to understand issues that arose with other contractors. I highly recommend the whole team and would definitely work with them again. I especially like that All Eco is a small, family owned and run business and that they are committed to serving the local community as well as good ecological practices.

We chose All Eco Design Center to renovate our 1948 colonial’s dining room, galley kitchen and adjacent powder room. We got competitive bids from several companies but were won over by Dave’s green values, attention to detail, and low pressure style. During the very first meeting it felt like we had a friend over who just happened to know all about home renovations. That sense of familiarity and trust carried over with Kristen, the designer, Hadi, who deftly managed the 8 week job, and the wonderful crew (shout out to Yesbin, Jesus, Jose, Antonio and Osman!). The work went smoothly, with the team taking great care to contain the dust and mess so that we could live comfortably in the rest of our house. Whenever we had a question or concern, we simply texted Hadi, and he always responded promptly and with a few possible solutions. Bonus: when we unexpectedly adopted two wily kittens halfway through the job, the whole team was gracious and careful. The renovation finished right on schedule and we could not be more happy with it. Our only regret is that we didn’t do it sooner. And, if we’re being honest, we kinda miss having Hadi around the house! - Rachel & Cory

All Eco Design Center (AEDC) just completed major renovations in our home in Columbia, MD that included our kitchen, master bathroom, second-floor hall bathroom, and the first-floor powder room. We are delighted with the results and look forward to enjoying our beautiful home for many years to come. We started working with AEDC after the owner, Dave, came to our house to get a feel for what we wanted to accomplish and to take some measurements. Next, we proceeded to work with the design personnel, where our ideas took shape. This process was critical to achieving the wonderful results. The AEDC designer was knowledgeable, flexible, and made many helpful suggestions. The AEDC craftsmen worked in our home continuously until the job was completed. With a project of this size, it is not surprising that there were a few glitches and unexpected events, but AEDC made it easy to collectively resolve them. Our AEDC project manager, Hadi was instrumental in making things run smoothly and correcting issues when they arose. He clearly communicated with us so we knew when things were supposed to happen and when we needed to supply certain items. The craftsmen were highly skilled, professional, very flexible and patient when we decided to make changes to our original design. Now we have an all-new modern showroom kitchen, beautiful bathrooms on the second floor, and a wonderful powder room. AEDC installed custom-built cabinets in all four renovated rooms, giving our home a beautifully consistent appearance. And the tile work done on the second-floor bathrooms was completed by a master craftsman. We love it all. All Eco Center recently did a bathroom remodel in our house, turning a half-bath into a full bath with shower, as well as replacing a kitchen counter and a bathroom counter and several other smaller jobs (plumbing, electrical, and carpentry). They were helpful, informed, and efficient in both the design and the construction phases, and their work crews were effective, did a good job -- including cleaning up behind themselves, and also polite. The project supervisor was readily available to answer questions and assistance. We are very happy with the result, and happy to recommend their work to others for remodeling services.

Very good work, honest and easy to work with. This is the best contractor we've ever had work on our townhouse. Highly recommended.

We recently had a partial bathroom renovation done by All Eco Design. This is the second project that they did for us. We live nearby so we were familiar with their showroom and had approached them because of our interest in eco-friendly remodeling. I would like to say first that whenever I entered the showroom, someone came up to me immediately to ask if they could be of help. I appreciated this so much. The designer had very good ideas for the project and helped to work within our budget. A crew was available to start within a week of the arrival of materials. The surrounding areas to the project were covered to keep them clean. I was able to email or text questions at any time. The workmanship was exceptional and we are so pleased with the results.
