This is one of the most terribly people I had the chance to work with almost 1 year that I paid for my floor still don’t get it don’t make busses with this terrible company they are the worst awful non professional

I purchased a floor from this company, 5 months later have still not received it. It was supposed to be delivered in a week. And they refuse to give me a refund. When i call to get an update, they are very rude on the phone, do not respond to emails. Read the yelp reviews and better business reviews before going into business with them.

Terrible company with no customer service. They answer every call up until the deposit but then disappear. We were reordering floors with purchased previously through this company (which went pretty horrible the first time around) and we were hoping would be simple seeing as in they had our product information. They rushed us to get the deposit in and assured us the product would be delivered Friday for our Monday install and just like our first experience they over promise and under deliver and take no responsibility. I am writing this review to prevent anyone else from making the mistake of using this company. When we tried to address these concerns previously and now again we were met with a smug attitude and indifference from Julio who is the main person we have dealt with at this location. All we wanted to do was order our floors and get a real Estimated time of Arrival so we can schedule our install and for some reason this seems to be impossible for them. 1. No Follow up after deposit 2. Gave us incorrect specs on the floors we purchases 3. Ordered and sent us the wrong Color ( during our first purchase with them) 4. Cant seem to give you an honest answer when asking about turn around time (honestly just say you need to find out and get back to your client rather than just blurt out a random date that pops into your head. 5.No accountability, its never anyone's fault and will lie to you again. the only positive i can think of was the Installer they contracted the first time(Nov-Dec/2015) was a pleasure to work with but he was not employed by all floor and decor.

We used All Floor Decor after great recommendations from our friends. They have an amazing selection of the latest styles. They were easy to work with throughout the entire job! The floors in our home look beautiful.

Great place to buy flooring. Large selection, good customer service and fa strong delivery. I am an interior designer with a very fast paced company and Ruth & Julio are very helpful in accommodating our needs. Great place if you are looking for something different at a good price. Definitely recommend this place.

No not! Do not order anything from these people. They take your money and do not deliver. After going back-and-forth with them on the phone for over three weeks on flooring that was supposed to be in in three and four days they said they issued a refund. I thought we have a receipt for a refund, but their system is off-line and there was no authorization code. Two weeks later we still did not have a refund of my money or the product. Ruth and Julio say they call they never do . They are not at honorable company I would never buy anything from them again. They deserve not even one star they should have zero stars worst customer service I've ever dealt with in my life. They're crooks and snakes.

I purchased laminate flooring from this company because they were local and offer slightly lower price compared to other businesses. After I asked in multiple occasions if they had the product in stock, and they asured me they did, I paid in full. They were supposed to make the delivery 2 days later and since we were scheduled to do the whole house, I removed all my furniture, covered everything with plastic and send my kids to their grandmother for a month. They called me on the day before the delivery stating that there was a problem with the driver, but I should get the flooring on Monday August 1st. Needless to say they stop calling so I started to worry. Just got the delivery on August 17th, wasted 3 weeks and got a lot of aggravation. Never again will I buy any thing from this store.

they did an outstanding job installing hardwood floors in my bedroom and closet. Very professional and finished on time. thank you

We were shopping for hardwood flooring and the order we placed was special order it was delivered within the correct time line and sales staff was very helpful

I had All Floor Decor install hardwood floors and granite in my bathroom and kitchen. While they were less expensive than two other businesses who quoted me prices, the work was sloppy and I had to call them three times to come back to finish flooring not done and when the hardwood flooring started coming loose and the tile in the bathroom starting coming down. I would not recommend this company.
